A landmark moment in Tasmanian football has arrived, with the Devils unveiling their inaugural VFL team set to take on Coburg at North Hobart Oval.

In a historic milestone for the club and the state, the side will mark Tasmania’s long-awaited return to the VFL competition for the first time since 2008.

Jye Menzie will lead the Devils out in the absence of Robbie Fox, as the club also prepares to unveil 11 VFL debutants on Saturday afternoon, with Jed Hagan, Brad Cox-Goodyer, Archie Wilkinson, Jack Callinan, Jaxon Artemis, Darcy Gardner, Max Roney, Harry Elmer, Kai Cameron, Max Mapley and Lachlan Hay all set to play their first games in the VFL.

With tickets now limited, supporters are encouraged to secure their seats quickly and be part of what promises to be a historic day for football in Tasmania.

Gates open from 10:00am, with the first bounce scheduled for 12:05pm at North Hobart Oval on Saturday, March 21.
