Tasmania will make history when they face the GIANTS for the first time in the VFL competition, with the final Smithy's VFL and rebel VFLW fixtures now confirmed.
The Devils will travel to Sydney in the final round of the VFL season to take on the GIANTS at Tom Wills Oval on Sunday, August 16, with the opening bounce scheduled for 9:30am. The clash will mark the first ever meeting between the two clubs in VFL competition.
The AFL has also confirmed rounds 14-16 of the rebel VFLW season, with the Devils set to finish their inaugural campaign with three exciting fixtures, headlined by the first ever VFLW game at Windsor Park.
First up, Tasmania will travel to Victoria to take on Geelong at Deakin University in round 14 on Sunday, August 16, with the match beginning at 10am.
The Devils will then return to the road in round 15 for a VFLW and AFLW double-header against Casey at Casey Fields on Sunday, August 23.
The VFLW clash will get underway at 11:35am before Melbourne and GWS meet later in the day in the AFLW.
Tasmania will then finish its inaugural VFLW home and away campaign on home soil, hosting its first ever match at Windsor Park in round 16.
The Devils will welcome the Western Bulldogs to the iconic venue on Saturday, August 29, with first bounce at 9:35am, as they look to close out their historic inaugural season in style.
