Tasmania’s VFL/W High Performance Manager Ross Brosnan has provided an injury update on Robbie Fox and Zach Adams ahead of the trip to Werribee this weekend.

Robbie Fox

Robbie was managed through some ongoing groin/pelvic discomfort heading into the game against Sandringham. He was cleared to play but became increasingly sore throughout the match. We will assess how he settles over the coming days before determining his availability for this weekend.

Baker Smith

Baker is making good progress from his zygoma fracture picked up at training earlier this year. He has now re-entered full training and is expected to return in 2-3 weeks.

Max Geappen

Max sustained a knee injury at local level three weeks ago and is expected to return in 3-4 weeks.

Zach Adams

Zach had an injury scare with his right knee, but pleasingly scans have cleared him of an ACL injury. He has sustained a popliteus muscle injury behind the knee and is expected to miss around 4–6 weeks.

Josh Wolfe

Josh sustained an abdominal wall injury at local level three weeks ago. He is expected to return in 4-6 weeks.

Harry Brereton

Harry dislocated his shoulder while training at local level and is progressing well through his speed, conditioning and strength work. He is expected to return in 8-10 weeks.

Tyler McGuinness

Tyler sustained a toe ligament injury at local level three weeks ago, and his return timeline is currently TBC based on scans and specialist review.
